Indiana Licensing Requirements

To pursue a career in real estate sales you must obtain a real estate broker's license in your resident state.

  • If you live in the State of Indiana, you must complete a 90-hour pre-license course at a state approved pre-license school.
  • You must successfully pass the Indiana Broker's Examination prior to applying for a broker's license.
  • Every three years, you much complete 12 hours of continuing education annually via state-approved pre-licensing course or via an Indiana-licensed school
